A hand truck for sheet materials 21 comprises a channel section support 11 mounted on wheels 12 and secured to an upright 14 into the upper end of which an upper support 17 is clamped by means of the thumb screw 19. A handle 20 may be provided for manipulating the truck and a further handle may be clamped to the sheet 21.
