984,848. Milling-cutters. LIVERPOOL TOOL & GAUGE Ltd. Feb. 21, 1964 [Feb. 21, 1963], No. 6930/63. Heading B3K. A milling-cutter comprises a cutter-holding ring 14 secured to a main body portion 10 and having a series of recesses in each of which a cutter 17. is adjustably locked. Each cutter is locked by a tapered cotter 19 and a nut 20 after being adjusted by a screw 22. The recesses for the cutters are enlarged as at 26, Fig. 5, to assist in firm seating of the cutters.
