[Also in Division F4] Mechanism for vibrating a grate mounted on a frame 52 comprises a shaft 53 pivoted to the framework, carrying an eccentric weight 62 and rotated by a motor 60. The transmission from the motor comprises a Reeve's drive 61 and a V-belt 57. The eccentricity of the weight may be adjusted by Allen screws.
