[Also in Division B5] The invention relates to the formation of piping comprising T-fittings, L-fittings, crosses, couplings and the like from fluorocarbon polymer sheet. Preferably the sheets have a thickness of less than “ inch. Tubular metal branch fittings may be lined with fluorocarbon polymer sheet. A metal T- fitting 100 has a cylindrical body portion 101 and a cylindrical neck or branch portion 102, of substantially the same diameter, the branch and body portions being provided with flanges 103, 104, respectively. The lining is formed from a blank of fluorocarbon polymer sheet, the length of which is made sufficient to enable the exterior of flanges 103, 104 to be covered.
