Abstract

946,982. Suitcase handles. H. ERHARD. Dec. 11, 1961 [Dec. 12, 1960], No. 44270/61. Heading A4G. A suitcase handle comprises two handles 1 and 2 each formed with longitudinal teeth 11 &c. which can be locked together by meshing the teeth 11. Relative longitudinal movement of the interlocked handles is prevented by providing stops 21 at each end of the handles. One handle may also be formed intermediately of its ends with a transverse groove and the other handle with a transverse rib engageable on the groove when the handles are locked together.
