921,128. Cooling. J. M. VOITH G.m.b.H. Nov. 28, 1960 [Dec. 11, 1959], No. 40764/60. Class 7(2) [Also in Group XXXI] A cooling and ventilating arrangement for a vehicle engine compartment comprises a main cooling fan 3 and an auxiliary fan 4, driven by a branch transmission 9 from the main fan drive 10 and built with the main fan into one constructional unit, the auxiliary fan 4 serving exclusively to suck air out of the engine compartment and discharging with the main fan into a common air outlet duct. Either or both fan hubs may include controllable-filling type turbo couplings.
