891,512. Handlebar .control mechanisms. MUNZ, E. Jan. 5, 1960 [Nov. 13, 1959], No. 370/60. Class 136(1). In a twist grip of the kind which is adapted to control a three speed gear by means of a cable 22 (Fig. 3), the twist grip 12 has mounted on it a bearing bracket 12a for a rocking stop lever 13 which is adapted to engage in one of a plurality of recesses 15d contained in an annular housing 15, which housing surrounds the end of the twist grip and has cast integrally therewith a second bearing bracket 18 for a rocking control lever 20 of a brake cable 21.
