In an alarm clock, Fig. 1, the dial 21 is located and held by a bush 20 on the alarm hand arbor 14 and by a sleeve member 22 fixed to the movement plate 15 coaxially of the seconds hand arbor 13. In further example, Fig. 3, the dial 31 is located and fixed by the alarm hand arbor 14 and by the hour hand arbor 12 which engages a hole 31b. In the third example (not shown), the dial is located and held by a bush on the alarm hand arbor and by a bush extending from a lug of the movement support.
