Abstract

883,011. Christmas tree holders. LLOYD (ROCHDALE) Ltd., R. A. July 15, 1960 [June 11, 1959], No. 19957/59. Class 132(3) A device for supporting a Christmas tree comprises a stand formed with a circular base ring A to which are secured arms a extending upwardly and inwardly and affixed at their upper ends to a vertical cylindrical tubular holder B the lower end of which is formed into a cone. The cylindrical holder B may comprise spaced rings b<SP>1</SP> secured to the ends of the arms by screws the upper screws b<SP>3</SP> being adjustable to grip the trunk of the tree. Alternatively the holder may be continuous with the cone. The cone may contain water. The lower ends of the arms may be bent to form feet a<SP>2</SP>.
