Abstract

879,097. Fluidizing material on vehicles. IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd. Dec. 9, 1957 [Dec. 13, 1956], No. 38074/56. Class 78 (4). A conveyer 10 mounted within a chamber 1 conveys material fluidized within the chamber to an outlet. In the construction illustrated the material is fluidized by air passing from conduits 7 through permeable walls 4 and the material is conveyed by a screw 10 provided with a cover plate 11 to a rear outlet. The body has an inlet hatch (not shown) in its upper surface and a hatch 16 for receiving a retractable filter 15. Specification 726,233 is referred to.
