874,146. Photoelectric exposure control. KAMERA-UND KINOWERKE DRESDEN VEB. Jan. 11, 1960, No. 924/60. Class 40(3) [Also in Group XX] In a reflex camera with photoelectric exposure control a switch is provided in the photoelectric circuit and actuated by the camera release. Switch 11 in series with the meter moving coil is normally open allowing use of the reflex viewfinder. Pressing rod 13 against spring 14 closes switch 11 to initiate photoelectric control and extends spring 15 which drives arm 21 through escapement 19, 20 to release the shutter when sufficient time has elapsed for the setting of the correct aperture. Switch 11 may be in parallel with the moving coil, in which case it is opened by rod 13.
