865,588. Fencing: handrails. KING, Ltd., G. W. Feb. 1, 1960 [Feb. 19, 1959], No. 5767/59. Class 45. [Also in Group XXV] A device for connecting a horizontal rail 11 to a post 10 comprises a semi-circular lug 12 attached to the post and which forms a seat for the rail. A collar 13 slides over the rail and the lug and is secured by a screw 14. In a modification the lug 12 is part of a fitting which slides over the post and is secured by locking screws.
