Class 81(2) An inhaler containing, for example, menthol and intended to simulate a lighted cigarette, comprises a tube 2, made from rolled paper, lined with an impervious, plastic sheet and enclosing menthol crystals 10 between two porous plugs 8,9. It has a metallic end cap 11, coloured to represent a glowing tip and perforated at 12 to allow the passage of air. This device is fitted to a rigid mouthpiece 5 and is replaced when exhausted, the mouthpiece being retained.
