835,161. Aeronautical cameras. OPTISCHE INDUSTRIE DE OUDE DELFT N.V. Nov. 14, 1957 [Nov. 16, 1956], No. 35500/57. Drawings to Specification. Class 98(1) [Also in Group XI] The temperature of an aeronautical camera is controlled by induction heating of its metallic parts. In one form the camera includes a mirror objective mounted in a cylindrical housing, an insulated copper wire being wound round the housing and covered with a layer of porous on fibrous heat insulating plastic. The electric circuit may include a condenser in series or parallel with the winding. The current may be varied by a thermostatically controlled variable resistance or transformer.
