Class 34(1) In a cabinet B having a lid A and a radially arranged, clothes - supporting spider g<SP>1</SP>, hot drying air is drawn from a circular nozzle f<SP>3</SP> by a suction device fitted to an outlet orifice f<SP>1</SP>. The nozzle supporting, hollow column f<SP>2</SP> through which air is drawn upwardly from the atmosphere incorporates an electric heater C and is arranged centrally of the cabinet.
