Abstract
828,760. Container closures. MORTON SALT CO. Jan. 10, 1958, No. 1033/58. Class 125(3). A dispensing closure for a container has a tubular member 11 with a groove 15 to receive the container wall a foraminous end wall 11c and a lid member 12 connected thereto by a hinge element 13 the member 11 having a shoulder 11 f to engage the lid 12 and retain it in a position spaced from the wall 11c. A bead 16 retains the lid in closed position against the resilient urging of the hinge 13 and the lid may be lifted by means of a tab 17.
