Abstract

812,399. Two-part couplings. BRITISH GENERAL MANUFACTURING CO. (1941) Ltd. July 23, 1957 [Aug. 10, 1956], No. 24536/56. Class 38 (1). A plug pin 1 is provided with a pin 4 the ends of which engage in recesses in the plug base 5 to prevent withdrawal and rotation of the pin a boss 13 on the cover 6 engaging the end of the pin. One or both ends of the pin may alternatively be bent downwards to engage a hole or holes in the base. Alternatively, the pins may be accommodated in relatively shallow slots in the base, the slots being closed by the cover.
