The apertured end h<SP>4</SP>, Fig. 4, of the plate is external to the channel in a wall of which the plate is rockably mounted, the tail piece h<SP>1</SP> being depressible against springs by a lever pivoted across the walls of the channel, the handle g<SP>2</SP> of the lever protruding through a slot in the channel.
