807,034. Bearings. NEDERLANDSCHE MAATSCHAPPIJ VAN KOGELLAGERS S.K.F., N.V. Aug. 22, 1956 [Aug. 24, 1955], No. 25707/56. Class 12 (1). In a bearing for a swivel fork 1, balls 6, or rollers, are kept in place by a split-ring 8 having a polygonal or round cross-section, the ring also serving as a race for the balls or rollers. The ring is preferably octagonal in cross-section. The split is arranged to lie in a plane at right-angles to the plane of the wheel 2. A sealing plate 9 is disposed above the bearing.
