Classes 97(1) and 98(2) When photographing still or moving pictures or transmitting television pictures a lenticular screen or vertical concave cylindrical elements is placed between the camera lens and the subject. The screen may be made in one piece or from juxaposed pieces comprising one or more elements or may be formed of liquid lenses. It may be integral with the camera and may be plane or curved with the camera at the centre of curvature. The picture so produced is viewed through a cylindrically lenticulated screen of positive elements.
