793,055. Parking lamps. HILL (BIRMINGHAM), Ltd., W. J. June 4, 1956 [June 14, 1955], No. 17100/55. Classes 75(3) and 75(4) A parking lamp having a front transparent or translucent lens and a rear red lens with an electric lamp 3 disposed between the lenses, has a U-shaped spring clip 6 which fits on to the upper edge of a motor car window, one limb of the clip having an outwardly displaced bridge portion 6a which fits in a recess in the lamp body 1b. The portion 6a is secured to the body by bolts 5 which also serve to fasten the holder 4 of the bulb to the lamp body, The other arm of the clip has a slot 6b to provide access to the bolts 5 for assembly.
