Abstract

790,588. Jigging conveyers. GIFFORD-WOOD CO. April 11, 1956, No. 11081/56. Class 78 (1). The trough 1, Fig. 1, is supported by relatively inflexible inclined arms 3 which have resilient cushions 7 of rubber, or rubber-like material, placed between their ends 3a, 3b, Fig. 2, and the faces 4a, 5b of transverse members 4, 5 secured to the trough and supporting beams 6, respectively. The parts are connected by bolts 8 which are passed loosely through the cushions and opposed faces. Curved washers 9 are mounted on the bolts. In a modification cushions are placed on each side of the ends of the arm.
