April 4, 1955 [May 5, 1954], No. 13158/54 Classes 52 (2) and 52 (3)., In a chair having a footrest frame 23 pivoted to the lower end of a back frame 21 and suspended by front links 22, the links and back frame being pivoted on side frames 14, 15, the side bars of the footrest frame extend forwardly beyond the link pivots 26 and are coupled by a cross-bar 29 to which the lower end of the seating fabric 33 is secured. The side frames 14, 15 may be fitted with shelves 19 and a newspaper rack 17.
