Class 20(4) A building comprises wall panels 5 grooved to abut closely against vertical tubes, rods &c. 9 which are cemented in holes 10 in a foundation 2, the panels being steadied at their tops by a continuous iron strip 7 pressing down on the panels by screwing nuts at the tops of the tubes. Adjustment of the tubes &c. 9 to suit the panel width is provided by making the holes 10 elongated and by making elongated slots in the iron strip 7 through which the top ends of the tubes 2 pass. The rafters are held down against the tubes by U-shaped brackets 14 bolted to the top of the tubes 2 and receiving the rafter secured in the U by nails.
