760,684. Coating with metals. METALLISATION, Ltd. Jan. 5, 1954 [Jan. 8, 1953], No. 553/53. Class 82(2) Electrical conductors are formed by spraying molten metal particles on to a non-conducting base, the maximum size of the particles reaching the surface being controlled by discharging the particles from the spraying device through a barrier formed with a very large number of springs of predetermined maximum size. Aluminium particles discharged from the gun 10 may pass through a fine nickel gauge 15, which may be cleaned periodically by means of caustic soda; the desired conductor configuration being achieved by the use of a stencil or by the use of a ground non-conducting base 13.
