Abstract

A cementitious composition contains 2 to 50 per cent of an aqueous plastic clay dispersion and a defloculating agent. Definitions of plastic clay, defloculating agent and cementitious are given. Clays specified are kaolinite, halloysite, illite, and montmorillonite alone or mixed with other less plastic clays. Sodium silicate is the exemplified defloculating agent.
