703,978. Container closures. ATTERBY, P. A. Aug. 14, 1962 [Jan. 31, 1952], No. 20494/52. Class 125 (3) In a closure for collapsible tubes &c. comprising a hollow spherical head 2 with outlet 3 and a spherical cap 5 which is rotatably mounted on the head and has a discharge hole 6 which may be brought into alignment with outlet 3 the cap 5 is made of an. elastic rubber-like material so that it may be forced on to the head but is tensionless when thereon. In a modification the cap has a spout 7. As shown the head 2 is integral with the container neck, but in a further modification it is a separate piece fitted on to the neck.
