A combination undergarment comprises a shirt part a having a belted waistband b with elastic inserts in the rear and a rear lower panel having curved sides g, a narrow central section d and a threepointed tail section e which overlaps and is fastened to the front lower sections c. The rear lower panel has tubular hems provided with elastic inserts secured at their inner .ends in the region of the tail section and emerging at the front of the garment to enable them to be secured, by means of fastening components, to the overlapping tail section e.
