Abstract
Tungsten alloy products of high density are formed by impregnating a tungsten skeleton, which may be in the form of a presintered or of an unsintered fusing of tungsten powder, with a tungsten alloy of eutectic composition. The latter may be an alloy with an iron group metal, preferably 52 per cent tungsten and 48 per cent nickel, and may be applied as a pressed powder melted after application or by dipping the skeleton in to the molten alloy.
