679,089. Knee protectors. CRAFTS, F. W. March 21, 1951, No. 6757/51. Class 81 (ii). A knee pad comprises an outer encasement 1 and a separate lining of soft pliable material 5, both encasement 1 and lining 5 being provided with means e.g. straps 8, 12 by which they may be independently fastened on the leg. The top and sides of the encasement 1 are provided with a fixed lining 2, a space 3 being left to receive the separate lining which may be attached to the encasement 1 by means of a hook 11. The encasement 1 may be of leather and the linings 2 may be of spongy rubber.
