Abstract

659,316. Couplings. COLE, Ltd., E. K., and SMITH, S. T. Jan. 25, 1949, No. 1988. [Class 38 (i)] A connector is formed of a sheet metal tag A having a parallel-sided slot B with converging flanges E and terminating in an aperture C, the diameter or width thereof being greater than the distance between the flanges. A conductor L, e.g. the anode-lead of a miniature valve, is forced between the flanges normal to the tag and the connector is separated therefrom by sliding it across the conductor until the latter enters the aperture C. A hole D is provided in the tag for a lead.
