Abstract
In infra-red gas analysing apparatus in which two chopped beams are passed, one through a comparison tube and the other through a tube containing gas under analysis to a pair of detecting chambers, the capacity variations of a diaphragm joining the chambers and forming with a fixed plate a condenser, are amplified in a circuit the input valve of which produces negative feed-back in its circuit.
