650,880. Cases for microfilms. SOC. CIVILE D'ETUDES & INVENTIONS LIBER, S.E.I.L.I.B. Aug. 27, 1947, No. 23744. [Class 18] [Also in Group XV] A case for housing micro- film 5 is made from a sheet of transparent material folded upon itself and secured together as at 2. A thin strip of paper 7 is inserted between the overlapping edges of the sheet and serves as a background for identification markings on the outside of the case. In an alternative arrangement, one edge 9a of the sheet is doubly folded and the two edges are secured together by stitching 11. A pocket is then formed between: stitching 11 and one side 8 of the case for the microfilm, and between the stitching and the other side 10a of the case for the strip of paper 12 which may carry identification markings. The ends of the case may be closed in any suitable manner.
