644,767. Winding drums. BRITISH THOMSON-HOUSTON CO., Ltd. Oct. 7, 1948, No. 26114. '[Class 99(ii)] To facilitate recapping the rope of a winding drum, the drum comprises a halfdrum A keyed to the shaft C and a halfdrum B, loose on the shaft, and secured normally to the half-drum A by bolts F. Two series of oppositely inclined slots D, E for the bolts allows refastening in any position of relative rotation of the halfdrums.
