Abstract

Alloy steels of the following composition, C 0.3-1.2 per cent; Cr 3.0-14.0 per cent; V 0.5-2.0 per cent; Fe, and the usual impurities the remainder, are used as material for hot-working tools which are made in the usual way and which are subjected to the action of hot-work pieces.
