640,666. Vehicle wheels. FORD MOTOR CO., Ltd., and RONAYNE, M. Oct. 23, 1947, No. 28376. [Class 144 (i)] [Also in Group XXXII] A wheel hub and axle assembly for tractor and like vehicles, in which the tracking width can be varied, comprises a sleeve 8 secured by bolts 6 to a flange 5 at the end of the axle 1, the wheel hub being formed in two parts 10, 11 connected by bolts 15, and to the. wheel disc 12 by two sets, of bolts 13, 14 respectively. The sleeve 8 is provided with a series of axiallyspaced grooves 9 for selective engagement by the bolts 15. A key 17 extending the full length of the sleeve 8 has a driving engagement with the hub-part 11.
