[Class 20 (ii)] [Also in Groups XI and XIII] A panel for a heat radiator is constructed from a number of flanged, sheet metal strips which are secured together by welding, riveting, clamping or clipping by S- or U-shaped members. Channel section or L-section strips may be used and the strips are arranged so that the flanges project from one or both sides of the panel. Various forms of strip are described. As shown, the free extremity 17 of each U-shaped flange fits into the bend 18 of the flange on the adjacent strip.
