[Classes 52 (i) and 52 (ii)] Kitchen furniture comprises a skeleton frame provided with 'top fittings such as table top, sink and draining board and with cupboards, &c. The skeleton frame comprises longitudinal members 1 ... 4 inter-connected by unitary transverse frames and the front longitudinal members 1, 3 by mounting strips 14 which may serve to mount the doors 13, and serve as their jambs. The transverse frames comprise horizontal members 6, 7 interconnected intermediately of their ends by uprights 8, 9 and these transverse frames may be secured to the main longitudinals at any selected positions to accommodate cupboards, &c., of various sizes. The frame members are of angle iron provided with bolt holes 5. The mounting strips 14 are of U-shaped having lateral flanges 15 and end offset tongues 16 whereby they may be bolted to the longitudinals 1, 3. The strips 14 are provided with projections 14a for the mounting of hinges and latches for the doors. The table top 22, draining board 26, &c., comprise panels having their edges formed in U form whereby they may be clamped to the longitudinals 1 ... 4 by clamps. Drawers, containers, cupboards, gas stoves and refrigerators may be mounted in the frame between the various transverse frames.
