[Class 39 (ii)] A base closure cap of moulded insulating material, for an electric flashlight, comprises an internally-threaded portion 30, and a space between this portion and the bottom wall 28 of the cap which houses a fitting 40 carrying a spare bulb 36. This fitting is normally maintained in position against the ledge 38 by a battery compression spring 56 having an inturned finger 58, which is adapted to engage a metal ferrule 60, on the body of the flash-light and constituting a portion of the battery circuit.
