590,526. Storing air and gases under pressure. SPECIALTIES DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. March 6, 1945, No. 5588. Convention date, Jan. 14, 1944. [Class 8 (ii)] [Also in Group XXIX] In a container and bracket assembly of the kind comprising a metallic spherical shell 5 for storing fluid medium under pressure mounted on a plurality of brackets 11 spaced circumferentially about the shell, the brackets are equally spaced and have their upper portions 10 secured to the shell adjacent and above the equator 8 thereof. The container comprises hemispherical sections 6, 7 welded together the latter having a charging and discharging connection 9. The brackets are channel sectioned with the upper parts 10 welded to the container and are formed with feet 13 bolted to a supporting base 14.
