Abstract

584,177. Roofing. LAWRENCE, J. I. Dec. 13, 1944, No. 24989. [Class 20 (iv)] Corrugated sheeting 16 is secured to a purlin 14 or other structural member by a bracket 11 attached to the purlin and having a part 12 shaped to fit the corrugations. As shown, the part 12 is an arm of curved section extending perpendicularly to the base of the bracket 11. The sheeting 16 is secured by nut 22 and bolt 17, having a diamond plate 18 welded to its head and a washer 20 with upper surfaces curved to fit the arm 12.
