573,616. Silver solder alloys. JOHNSON, MATTHEY, & CO., Ltd., CHASTON, J. C., and HEMMER, H. D. March 24,1944, No. 5473. Drawings to Specification. [Class 82 (i)] Silver solder alloys, having liquidus temperatures not higher than 670‹ C., and capable of being reduced in thickness by at least 35 per cent from the cast state by cold rolling, areselected from the following range ; silver 49-60 per cent, copper 17-26 per cent, tin 0.5-5.0 per cent, the remainder being zinc. A range of such alloys containing 3 per cent of tin and several specific alloys are referred to.
