[Class 99 (i)] An elbow connector comprises a cylindrical body member 13 having a lateral branch 15, a ferrule 23 screwing into a boss or pipe end 11, and having a shoulder 26 engaging a shoulder 18 in the body, a gasket 28 between the body and boss, and a plug 22 screwing into the open end of the body and having a coniform projection 31 curved so as to direct fluid into the branch 15, the ferrule having a corresponding curved surface 33.
