[Class 97 (i)] An anti-glare device comprises a frame, as shown of the spectacle type, fitted with two opaque screens 8, coupled together, having their corresponding side edges spaced at the interpupillary distance of the wearer, and adjustable in a lateral direction on the frame. In the form shown, a portion 4 is curled over at the top of the frame to form a key slot, in which slides a bar to which the screens are attached. The screens are adjusted to cover the source of light 11, 12 and the wearer is enabled to see the object 9, 10. The screens may be relatively adjustable to different interpupillary distances.
