Abstract
529,106. Goggles. KELLER, A. May 12, 1939, No. 14263. [Class 97 (i)] In goggles of the kind having opaque eyepieces, each provided with a small view-hole, the eye-pieces 4 are rotatable in the frames 1, and the view-holes 5 are eccentrically disposed therein so that, by turning the eye-pieces, the distance apart of the holes can be suited to the separation of the eyes. The goggles may have hinged sides 3, or may be clipped over ordinary spectacles, or be provided with a handle ; and they may be scaled to indicate the distance apart of the view-holes. The eye-pieces may be plane or curved, and of celluloid, or cellulosic or synthetic resinous material.
