Abstract
562,556. Stands for lamps &c. MODINSTAL ELECTRIC CO., Ltd., and MALINS, E. C. Dec. 8, 1942, No. 17454. [Class 52 (iii)] An infra-red generator 10 is supported on a stand or bracket including an arm 9 comprising parallel strips 9a, 9b, adjustable about the upper end 6 of a swivel pin 2 in a base 1 by means of a pivot pin 8 and a clamping screw 13 passing through an arcuate slot 15 in the part 6. Washers 17 are interposed around the pivot. The holder 11 for the generator may be similarly adjustable about the upper end of the arm 9.
