555,694. Weather strips for vehicle doors. FORD MOTOR CO., Ltd. (Ford Motor Co.). June 4, 1942, No. 7628. [Class 65 (i)] [Also in Group X] A weather strip for a vehicle door comprises a channel member 14 in which is fixed a rubber &c. base 19 carrying a sponge rubber bumper 20 adapted to be compressed by the door 11 when closed. The channel has a rearward flange 16 adjustably held by screws 18 between the floor 12 and a carpet retaining member 21, 22.
