Abstract

555,517. Building slabs ; walls. MOSS, W. March 9, 1942, No. 3053. [Classes 20 (iv) and 87 (i)] Concrete building slabs 1 ... 5, Fig. 1, are provided on one face with a flange extending around the centre periphery and with spaced holes for bolting them together and are of various rectangular shapes and dimensions, also triangular and trapezoidal forms for gable construction. The rectangular blocks shown are respectively 9 ft. by 2 ft., 3 ft. by 2 ft., and 2 ft. by 2 ft. In wall construction a base or runner 16 is used as a foundation for the slabs 1, the bolt holes 21 in the runner being spaced to leave a narrowing opening between the slabs to receive a wood &c. packing 9 and a cement filling 12 and to which panels may be secured by nails 15.
