552,040. Securing glass and like panels. WINSTANLEY, W. H. Nov. 1, 1941, No. 14080. [Classes 20 (iii) and 20 (iv)] Panels 1 of glass or other material such as metal, plywood, plaster board or concrete are held in position in grooves 4 in a frame 2, one side of each groove 4 being lined with a strip 6 of elastic material, and each panel being secured by wedges 7, which may either be rigid or of elastic material, or by spring clips.
