Abstract

545,064. Bricks. COURT, H. W. March 8, 1941, No. 3179. [Class 87 (i)] A brick adapted to receive pipes or reinforcement rods has one or more vertical holes 1 with pairs of cuts 5 which may be V-shaped extending almost to the sides leaving only a thin connection 6 which may be easily broken through by a sharp blow so that the holes 1 are then open at the side and may be positioned on the pipes or reinforcing rods. A horizontal recess extends along the length of the brick bounded at the ends by thin walls 4 adapted to be broken away by a sharp blow.
